I build tournament-grade gear engineered to survive the toughest ranked grinds. Because every single joint, trace, and module is hand-assembled and tested under a microscope on my own bench, I proudly back my craftsmanship with a 6-Month Mechanical Warranty from the date of delivery.
WHAT IS COVERED:
• TMR Joystick Performance: Absolute protection against mechanical failure or stick drift on your upgraded TMR magnetic joysticks.
• Internal Electronics & Routing: Component or soldering failure on the custom eXtremeRate SPARK OLED motherboard modification or ribbon cable lines.
• Tactical Button Actuation: Failure of the micro-switches or rear paddles to register button presses under normal gameplay conditions.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
This warranty covers strict mechanical component craftsmanship. It does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear caused by the player, including:
• Physical damage from drops, impacts, or anger (smashed shells, broken stick stems).
• Liquid damage, spills, or sticky buttons caused by food/drink.
• Unauthorized opening of the controller shell or breaking the internal builder security seal.
HOW IT WORKS:
If a covered mechanical issue pops up within 6 months, don’t sweat it. Contact me directly through the website or eBay with your order number. You’ll mail the controller back to my UK workshop, and I will personally repair the hardware and ship it straight back to you completely free of charge.
